Hi my name is Addison Ecklein, for my senior project, I am designing the Dig Pink t-shirts for the volleyball game, along with pink and purple hair extensions, to raise money for breast cancer. Attached is the order form for the t-shirts.
When completing orders, if you are able to, turn them into Addison Ecklein. If you are not able to get them to Addison, please turn them into your school's main office so they can be picked up on the day they are due.

Happy Friday, we are looking forward to our first home football game of the season and the opportunity to use the new parking lot. This project was in conjunction with the City of Salem, and we appreciate our strong working relationship with them. We encourage everyone attending the game to utilize the parking lot. Just one quick reminder, there is NO PARKING in the area just north of the Stadium Entrance, which will be marked. We do have handicap spots marked in front of the main entrance. The student council will be hosting a tailgate of sloppy joes. I appreciate your cooperation, and hope to see many of you at this evening's game!

"Michelle(kitchen manager) and Chelsey(prep cook) are serving up smiles all August! Students were excited to join us for a great lunch of a country potato bowl or pork fritter with mashed potatoes and unlimited fruit and vegetable bar. Yum, what a great first lunch of the year!"
"Pizza day is always bound to make us smile, especially with these ladies serving up smiles every day!"

McCook Central/Montrose is seeking an individual to serve as a Guide Runner for a high school athlete with a visual impairment for the upcoming Cross Country season. This is a paid position (hourly wage plus mileage). The Guide Runner will be tethered to the athlete (using a string from the Guide Runner's hand to the athlete's hand) and will verbally assist the runner in navigating the course.
Here are a few details to consider:
• Availability of approximately three days per week from mid-August through mid-October, aligning with the Cross Country season.
• Practices are held in Salem, beginning after school around 3:45 PM.
• Once meets begin, the Guide Runner would need to attend all meets and 1-2 practices per week.
If you are interested, please contact Doug Durfee at
Doug.Durfee@k12.sd.us or Jeff Heisinger at
jeffrey.heisinger@k12.sd.us to discuss the position further.
