This year, kids entering grades 3-5 in the fall of 2026 who attend our summer volleyball camp will have the opportunity to be Future Fighting Cougars at one home volleyball game during the upcoming 2026 season. These kids will take a picture with the varsity team, be announced during lineups before the varsity match, sit on the bench with the team, and act as our water girls. Coach Olson will send out the schedule in the fall of which kids will be on the bench for which home games. Depending on numbers, we will try to schedule Salem kids for games in Salem, and Montrose kids for games in Montrose. We ask that the kids wear their t-shirts they get at our summer camp when it is their turn to be with the team!
Depending on camp attendance, participation may open up to kids who were unable to attend the volleyball camp this summer but would like the opportunity to participate as a Future Fighting Cougar. If this is the case, more information will be sent out in August.
